This is a great career opportunity for an experienced legal secretary/paralegal with knowledge and understanding of commercial property transactions to work in a busy Property Department. The successful candidate will have a solid background in either Commercial or Residential property law and be able to demonstrate they are a team player willing to take responsibility and use their initiative. You will need to demonstrate first class administration and organisational skills and have experience of carrying out pre-contract searches such as Local Authority, Drainage and Environmental searches as well as up-to-date knowledge of Land Registry and Stamp Duty Tax forms. You should have excellent document management and IT skills, including Outlook Calendar and diary management, with a typing speed of at least 65wpm.
